New things your AI Marketer and AI Receptionist can do, with the date each one shipped, and the latest from our blog.
NewAI Discovery
Choose which AI assistants to check
The first time you run Check Visibility you pick the AI assistants your customers use —
ChatGPT and Google Gemini to start, Perplexity and Claude if you want them — and we
remember it. Each question library keeps its last results, so switching libraries shows
saved answers instead of running them again.
NewCompetitors
Compare yourself with your competitors
Competitors has its own page under Reputation. Group rivals by the market you compete
in, up to five per category, and run a competitive review (5 credits a category) to see
you and each of them on ChatGPT, Google SEO and reputation. Suggestions now name real
competing businesses, each with a one-line reason, instead of search-result pages.
Reviewed competitors also appear in your shared report under "How you compare".
NewReputation
Reputation reads the reviews your buyers read
Reputation now starts by naming your type of business — local, B2B or B2C — for you to
confirm. A local business is read on Google; a B2B business on G2, Capterra and
Trustpilot; a consumer business on the App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot. Once we
have that reading, it counts toward your overall score.
NewDiscovery
Download a kit that fixes your website for Google and AI
Press Download on the Discovery Overview to get one zip with what your website is missing: business details for search engines, an FAQ page, short answer pages for the questions AI assistants answer without naming you, and llms.txt, robots.txt and sitemap files if you lack them. A README lists the steps in order. The free audit offers the same kit after you enter your email.
NewLeads
New leads enrich themselves
A lead from a booking, form, chat or quote — or one you add — is enriched on its
own within about 15 minutes: the company's email, phone, website and socials, and
the person's LinkedIn. It costs 3 credits only when something is found, up to 50
leads a month, and you can turn it off in Settings → CRM Fields. When it finds a
different value from what you have, the lead's Activity offers "Use this" instead
of changing it. Enrich contact is also in the lead drawer now, and a campaign
reaches a lead with no email of its own at their business's address, once per
address.
NewBooking
Ask your own questions on your booking page
Your booking page's questions are now yours to edit: rename "Notes" to "Reason for the
meeting", make a question required, or add your own — a dropdown, multiple choice, a
yes/no. Name and email are always asked. Edit them from Settings → Booking → Edit
questions. Answers show on the appointment, in your booking email, on the lead and in
Form responses, and the people a customer invites now get the calendar invite.
NewBooking
Different booking questions for each service
A service can now ask its own booking questions: open it under Services, choose
"Questions just for this service" and edit them — they start as a copy of your
default ones. Your embedded booking widget asks the same questions as your booking
page now, and sends anyone booking a service you take payment for online to your
booking page to pay.
NewIntegrations
Connect Viva to your other apps with webhooks
Other apps can now add leads to Viva: point a form builder, an ad platform or a Zap at your webhook address and new people land in your Pipeline, starting your flows. Your flows can also send someone to another app with a "Call webhook" step, such as adding them to a Google Sheet through Zapier. Find it in Settings › AI assistants › Webhooks.
NewAI assistants
Run your playbooks from Claude or ChatGPT, with a credit limit for each
Mark any flow as one your assistant can run (Flow Studio, "Your assistant can run this"), then ask Claude or ChatGPT to run it for the customers or leads you name. In Settings › AI assistants you can now see how many credits each connected assistant and API key spent this month, and set a monthly limit for each one.
NewAI assistants
See your credits and email results from Claude or ChatGPT
Ask your AI assistant how many credits you have and what used them, with refunds shown alongside. It can also tell you what happened to each email a campaign or outreach sent: delivered, opened, clicked, replied or bounced. Opens and clicks from real people are counted separately from mail scanners.
NewAI assistants
Run your pipeline and flows from Claude or ChatGPT
Your AI assistant can now do more than read. It can add leads, move them through your Pipeline (marking one won makes them a customer, just as in Viva), add notes, create and complete tasks, and tag customers, one at a time or in bulk after showing you how many it would change. Anything it changes can be undone by asking. It can also draft new flows, change them and pause them. Switching a flow on, resuming a drip or approving your week's calendar sends email, so those need the separate permission for things that email people.
NewAI assistants
Add customers from Claude or ChatGPT
Ask your AI assistant to add a customer, such as a walk-in or a client you had before Viva, and they go straight to Customers without passing through your Pipeline. If someone with that email or phone is already there, it tells you instead of adding them twice. Adding a customer emails no one.
NewAI assistants
Fix a lead's or customer's details from Claude or ChatGPT
Ask your AI assistant to correct a phone number, a company name, a deal's value or anything else on a lead or customer, and it changes just those fields and tells you what they were before. It can also add a dated note to a customer, the way it already could to a lead.
NewAI assistants
Add or take one person out of a flow from Claude or ChatGPT
Ask your AI assistant to put a customer or lead into a flow that starts on a tag, or to take someone out of a flow, drip campaigns included, without pausing it for everyone else. Adding someone can email them, so it needs the permission for things that email people; taking someone out never does.
NewAI assistants
Add a list of people, log calls and reschedule tasks from Claude or ChatGPT
Paste a list into your AI assistant and it adds up to 50 people at once, as leads or as customers, skipping anyone already there. Tell it about a call, meeting or text you had outside Viva and it goes on that person's record. It can also reschedule, rename or delete your tasks.
NewKnowledge
Refresh your chatbot's knowledge and settings from ChatGPT or Claude
Ask your AI assistant to resync your website, add a new site, or change what your chatbot says and how it looks: its greeting, tone, instructions, answer length, quick replies, name and colors. Changes are live right away, and any settings change can be undone by asking. Turning the chatbot on or off stays in Settings.
NewLearn
See what's new in Viva without going looking
New features now come to you. Your dashboard shows a New in Viva card with anything you haven't seen yet, your assistant mentions it when you open it (or tap What's new), and ChatGPT or Claude hear about it when they connect.
NewWorkflows
Start a workflow from a ready-made one
New flow no longer opens an empty page. Describe what you want in a sentence, or start
from a ready-made workflow: follow up after a booking, win back a past customer, nurture
a new lead, or welcome someone you tag. It starts as a draft with its emails ready to
edit, and nothing is sent until you turn it on.
NewAI Assistants
Ask your assistant to check, pause or change a flow
Your assistant can now tell you what each flow does and whether it's working, pause or
resume a flow or a drip campaign, draft a new flow for a goal, and change one when you
describe the change. It shows you the flow before and after and waits for your yes. You
can also change a prospecting agent, or add a standing rule like "sign off as Maria",
just by saying so.
NewAgents
Your agents, for every account: turn on the ones you want
Agents is open to everyone now. Discovery, Reception, Conversion and your Chief Marketing
Agent each start off. Turn one on with a click in your Agents feed, or in Manage, and turn it
off the same way. Nothing goes out until you approve it. The weekly brief email and the morning
reminder start off too; switch them on in Manage.
NewSettings
A quick reply can open a web page
A quick reply button in your chat can now open a page of yours in a new tab, such as your donation or menu page. Pick **Open a link** under "When tapped" in **Settings ▸ Communications ▸ Chat** and paste the address. It works on your chat page and your website widget.
NewAI Assistants
Check on your agents and approve their work from your AI assistant
From Claude or ChatGPT you can see what your agents found, what's waiting for you,
and search for businesses and people to reach. Approving a run or a follow-up email
needs its own permission, "Approve things that send email", which stays off unless
you tick it. Anything that would cost credits stops and asks you first.
NewAI Assistants
Ask your Chief Marketing Agent from Claude or ChatGPT
When Claude or ChatGPT is connected to Viva, it talks to the Chief Marketing Agent you
named, shown as "Ask" and its name. Ask how marketing is going, what to focus on, or
tell it to pause or run an agent, and it answers the way it does in Viva, following
the rules you've taught it.
NewWorkflows
Ask the AI builder for branches
The AI builder in Flow Studio can now build and change branching workflows: "if they
have a phone, tag them for a call, otherwise send the follow-up", an A/B test, or an
email the AI drafts for you to approve. You review the change on the diagram, with new
and changed steps marked, before anything is applied.
NewWorkflows
Run a workflow on a schedule for everyone with a tag
A workflow can now start on a schedule instead of waiting for something to happen:
every day, every week, or every month, at a time in your own timezone, for everyone
with a tag you choose, like your VIPs. Each run sends to up to 500 people, and every
email still checks that the person hasn't unsubscribed.
NewAI Assistants
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Viva account
Add Viva as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT with one address, mcp.goviva.ai/mcp, and
sign in. You choose what it may do: read, make changes, or approve sending. See and
disconnect every connected assistant under Settings, AI assistants.
NewWorkflows
See your workflow as a diagram
Open any workflow and switch from Steps to Diagram to see it drawn out, one box per
step with arrows between them. Click a box to edit that step, the same as before.
Steps is still the default, and your workflows run exactly as they did.
NewWorkflows
Stop a workflow early once it has done its job
On a workflow's Flow tab you can now give it a goal, like "a booking is made", and
anyone part-way through stops getting the rest of it as soon as that happens. You
can also choose who can enter again: every time, not while they're already in it,
or only once ever. A goal takes effect straight away, including for people already in it.
NewFind Customers
Find Events tells you each week what's new for your searches
Viva now adds events every week, and every search you run on Find Events is watched.
Each Tuesday you get one summary per search, in the bell and by email, listing the new
events in its area, with the ones that match your buyers first. Its link opens the
events marked New. Stop watching a search from the bar under it.
NewSettings
Quick replies can start a form or show your booking times
Each quick reply button in your chat now has a "When tapped" choice under **Settings ▸ Communications ▸ Chat**: ask the AI as before, start one of your forms right in the chat, or show your open booking times. A booking button checks your availability and brings up the time picker, and a form button asks your questions one by one with no AI in between. It works on your chat page and your website widget.
