What's included with every plan
Your plan is built for a normal, growing business. For typical business use, these are yours to use freely:
- Your whole software stack — website & hosting, CRM, blog, social, unified inbox, booking & calendar.
- Your data — your contacts and content are always yours. We never sell them or add them to any shared database. See our Privacy Policy.
- On paid plans, your AI-powered tools (assistant, inbound AI phone, AI chatbot) and your included monthly credits (200 with AI Marketing Manager, 1,000 with AI Marketing Agency).
What draws on your credits
Credits are the fuel for the actions that create real value or carry a real cost — automation, intelligence (AI answering & content), and new-customer data (leads). It works like a phone plan: paid plans include monthly credits, and on any plan — including Free — you can buy credit packs anytime and pay only for what you use.
- Revealing and finding new customer leads.
- AI automation and content generation beyond your plan's included volume.
- Higher-cost channels (for example, larger message sends).
Your current credit balance and what each action costs are shown in your account. Use credits for more automation or to buy leads.
Simple paid add-ons
A few optional extras sit outside your plan. They're straightforward, opt-in, and priced up front — never a surprise:
- Custom domain — use your own web address instead of a Viva subdomain.
- Remove Viva branding — make it fully your own.
- Extra credit packs — when you want more leads or automation than your monthly credits cover.
- High-volume sending — beyond normal fair-use limits.
- Managed ads — your ad budget is your pass-through spend; Viva adds a simple management fee.
What "fair use" means
Limits exist only to keep the platform fast and fair for everyone, and to cover real costs. They're set well above what a normal business will ever hit.
- If you approach a limit, we tell you first — nothing extra is charged without your OK.
- No automatic overage bills. You choose to add credits or upgrade.
- Cancel a paid plan anytime and keep your free software stack.
- We reserve the right to limit or pause accounts that abuse the service (spam, illegal use, or automated resale of the platform) — as covered in our Terms of Service.
Changes to the free plan
The free plan is offered on an ongoing basis for accounts in good standing. We may change what's included in the free plan or add new paid features over time.
- If we ever materially reduce or retire the free plan, we'll give existing free accounts advance notice.
- Where practical, we'll grandfather your access or offer a migration path — so a change never leaves you stranded.
- "Free forever" describes our intent that the free plan has no time limit — not a perpetual guarantee for any individual account. It's governed by our Terms of Service.
What we won't do
- No surprise bills, ever.
- No selling your data or your contacts.
- No long-term lock-in — cancel anytime.
